Your account
You sign in with your own mobile number and are responsible for activity on your account. Dealer accounts are active only after SriBio approves them. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Agronomy guidance
Diagnoses, remedies and product recommendations are general guidance based on the information you enter. Field conditions vary; follow product labels and, when unsure, request a call back from our agronomists. SriBio is not liable for crop outcomes arising from how guidance is applied.
Orders
Prices, stock and product details are shown in the app and may change. An order is confirmed once placed; we will tell you in the app if an item cannot be supplied. Delivery timelines are estimates.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service — for example, by attempting to access other people's accounts, interfering with sign-in, or scraping the catalogue.
Content
The SoilFirst name, logo, product images and guidance content belong to SriBio and may not be reused without permission.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
